Responsibilities
- Development of color, material, and surface concepts for the interior and exterior of city, intercity, and long-distance buses, as well as their implementation up to series production readiness.
- Project responsibility
- Close coordination with design management, R&D, product management, sales, and suppliers, as well as presentations, documentation, budget, and schedule planning
- Focus areas: Trend and competitor analyses, material and color development, mood boards, mockups, prototype processes, color matching, sustainable material innovations, and structured results documentation
Qualifications
- Design degree
- at least ten years of relevant experience in Color & Trim Design
- high creative and technical competence
- strategic thinking
- very good communication skills
- fluent German and English language skills
- Turkish language skills desirable
