Location: Rome, Italy Type: Freelance – High Season Reports to: Rome Operations Manager About the Role As a Radio Runner, you are the backbone of our tour logistics at the Colosseum. You'll be responsible for preparing, delivering, and managing the radio equipment used by our tour groups. This behind-the-scenes role keeps everything running smoothly, from the office to the meeting point and back, multiple times a day. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize radio equipment at the office before each tour. Ensure all necessary items are packed and ready for transport. Deliver and set up radio equipment at the meeting point, making sure it's fully functional and ready for use. Manage and maintain the radio equipment throughout the day, troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Coordinate with the Rome Operations Manager to ensure seamless communication between teams. Key Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
