About the role:

This is a part-time role offers a world of opportunity and growth! You will need to hold a qualification in Interior Design. Consultants will be required to work from 10 am to 3 pm on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. As a Color Consultant, you’ll be the friendly expert customers turn to when they feel overwhelmed by choice. Many customers won’t know where to start with. Your role is to guide them through options and explain recommendations clearly.

To ensure success with the programme you will be provided with training and support materials.

Note: You do not need to mix paint or operate paint systems with paint. This role is all about colour knowledge and customer Engagement.

To be successful you must have:

• 2 work-related references
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Strong can-do attitude
• The ability to pass a pre-employment test.
• Good people skills and a confident speaker
• All appointments will be subject to a pre-employment drug screen and security check
• Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
