• You follow an intensive 4-week training (theory + field).

• You quickly progress towards an expert agent or sector manager status.
  
  

STATUS & CONDITIONS

• Fixed-term or permanent contract or Other, depending on your profile
  
  
• Complete social protection (retirement, mutual insurance, etc.)

ATTRACTIVE COMPENSATION

• Depending on your profile, fixed salary or fixed + commission or commission
• 60% commission from the start
  
  
• 70% from €70,000 in turnover
  
  
• Up to 85% for expert agents

RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS

4. You join our next training session (every 1st Monday of the month)
   
   

The training lasts 4 weeks :

• M theory
  
  
• Tuesday to Friday = field action
  
  
• Morning briefing + evening debriefing
  
  
• Objectives: 10 contacts/day + 5 ambassadors/day
