Responsibilities: Job Knowledge and Expertise : Thorough understanding of collision repair processes. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex). Knowledge of parts sourcing and ordering systems. Ability to analyze and interpret repair data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in collision repair estimating or related field.
