Collections Team Manager

Job brief Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Collections Team Manager to lead a high-performance team of Collections Agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recovery rates, coaching and managing team members, and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and motivate a team of Collections Agents to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor and analyse team performance using KPIs (kept ratios) and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to drive recovery rates and improve overall team performance. Ensure all team members are trained on compliance and quality standards and adhere to them. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning. Key Requirements Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proven track record of driving recovery rates and improving team performance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards related to debt collection. Experience working in a similar role or industry is desirable.
