The Role We’re looking for a Collection Specialist who can balance compassion with consistency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the collection process from start to finish, including identifying and prioritizing accounts that are most likely to be paid off quickly, negotiating settlements, and communicating effectively with customers. You will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
