Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Collections & Recovery Coordinator to join our team. As part of our Recoveries team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recovery of outstanding debts on behalf of MTF. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the recovery of outstanding debts through effective communication with customers, creditors and other stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, creditors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient debt recovery. • Identify and pursue all available avenues for debt recovery, including legal action if necessary. • Maintain accurate records and reports on debt recovery activities and outcomes. • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. • Work collaboratively with other teams within MTF to ensure effective communication and coordination of debt recovery efforts. Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or banking industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, creditors and other stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue all available avenues for debt recovery. • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
