As a Collections Officer, you are responsible for managing your own customer portfolio.
How does your day look like?
- Managing your debt portfolio
- Carefully monitoring their financial status
- Phone & email in contact with customers
- Making sure customers pay their invoices on time
- Following up on inbound & outbound phone calls in a professional manner
- Answering customer questions & complaints about invoices
