Do you have a fluent command of Dutch, French & English?
As a Collections Officer, you are responsible for managing your own customer portfolio.
What does your day look like?
- Managing your debt portfolio
- Carefully monitoring their financial status
- Maintaining telephone & email contact with customers
- Making sure customers pay their invoices on time
- Following up on in- & outbound telephone calls in a professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries & complaints regarding invoices
