You will also be in charge of resolving complaints and issues related to our financial services, as well as identifying opportunities to improve our processes and procedures. To achieve this, we require a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
