Collection Operations & Process Manager (all genders)

As Europe's largest digital parking space manager, we operate over 4,000 parking areas with smart freeflow camera systems. We digitize the entire parking experience – from free parking spaces to paid parking to our own app platform.

If a transaction remains unpaid, we identify the vehicle owner and process the follow-up fairly and legally. As a Collection Operations & Process Manager (all genders), you are the operational and analytical core of precisely these follow-up processes.

You manage and optimize European workflows, from official vehicle owner data inquiries and dunning notice dispatch to the interface for Customer Care and external collection partners.

What to expect

• End-to-End Operations: You are responsible for the seamless interaction of our automated data flows, such as in complex vehicle owner data determination. If structural errors occur, you develop reliable fallback options.

• Compliance: Data protection and local EU regulations are the basis for your secure work. You pragmatically ensure that new guidelines are integrated smartly and seamlessly into our workflows.

• International Expansion: You support our European growth by continuously adapting our collection strategies to new markets and local payment habits.

• Data-driven Analyses: You monitor our performance metrics (e.g., in Metabase). When numbers fluctuate, you get to the bottom of the problem and initiate appropriate solutions.

• Interface Management: Whether it's the tech team, Customer Success, or external partners – you are the central point of contact for our collection topics, bundle different requirements, and ensure clear structures in daily project work.

Inspire us by

• Experience: Sound professional experience in operations, project management, or process management with points of contact in operational receivables management, debt collection environments, or a comparable area

• Critical & Analytical Thinking: You are not satisfied with superficial answers and question the status quo. You are strong in conducting in-depth root-cause analyses to understand the true reasons behind the numbers and make data-based decisions.

• Data & Tech Affinity: You work extremely data-driven, are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets as well as common BI tools, and possess a pronounced technical understanding.

• Methodological Competence: Strong skills in stakeholder management as well as a pronounced “hands-on” and problem-solving mentality. You always think in end-to-end processes and focus on scalability.

• Regulatory Understanding: A solid basic understanding of data protection and debt collection regulations, combined with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the legal requirements of various European markets.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
