LINE TESTER

Adecco Italia Profile We are looking for, for a client operating in the hot forging of steel sector, located in Busano, a LINE TESTER. The figure will be dedicated to the activities of control and verification of products along the production line, ensuring compliance with the required quality standards and the technical specifications defined by the company and customers. The role involves direct operation at the testing stations and on the line, with the completion of related control documentation and management of non-conformity reports. Inclusion is planned in a structured production context, with defined procedures and company-provided verification tools. Responsibilities Perform testing activities along the production line, verifying the conformity of parts to the supplied technical specifications. Use the measurement and control instruments made available for testing, accurately documenting the recorded results. Promptly report any non-conformities found during testing to the designated department, following company procedures. Collaborate with production and maintenance personnel to facilitate the smooth flow of materials along the line and reduce downtime. Complete the forms and control registers required by internal procedures, ensuring order, completeness, and traceability of data. Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all testing phases, wearing the required personal protective equipment. Skills and Professionalism Knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurement tools Good manual dexterity and precision in using basic measurement instruments provided by the testing department. Ability to work in a team, communicating clearly with colleagues and production managers. Attention to compliance with safety regulations and company rules in the production department.
