Main duties Acquisition of new properties and sales mandates Client portfolio management Organization and execution of appointments and viewings Customer assistance throughout all stages of the buying and selling process Development and consolidation of commercial relationships in the territory Requirements Active VAT number or willingness to open one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercial aptitude and goal orientation Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written Driver's license B and own car Experience in the real estate sector is preferred, but candidates with strong motivation and aptitude for sales will also be considered We offer Up to €500 for each mandate acquired, according to company procedures 35% commission on sales fees Fixed monthly compensation to be defined based on experience and skills Continuous training and mentoring Marketing support and work tools Dynamic professional environment with concrete growth opportunities
