Collaborator of Goods and Replenishment

As part of the merchandise flow team, I am responsible for completing merchandise flow processes in the most efficient, commercial, and safe possible manner. I develop and utilize my knowledge and experience in IKEA operations, including IKEA tools and my colleagues' experience in the merchandise flow team, to achieve maximum product availability at the lowest total cost.

Your task

• Contribute to maximum merchandise availability for our customers by executing assigned work methods correctly and on time for merchandise flow.
• Effectively perform inventory management tasks in the assigned store area, using available systems and tools that facilitate an efficient merchandise flow process and data integrity.
• Be responsible for my own development, utilizing available development resources.
• Work according to the inventory routine to maximize stock accuracy and achieve product availability for customers.
• Livestock IKEA values and foster a solid and prosperous IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to achieve extraordinary achievements in the store, especially in the merchandise flow team.
• Commit to all health, safety, and protection requirements of IKEA within my area of responsibility, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving colleagues, visitors, customers, equipment, buildings, and IKEA products.
• Daily contribute to agreed-upon objectives in the action plan, as well as participate in the objective-setting process.
• Contribute to daily optimization of merchandise flow within assigned processes, working efficiently, simply, and profitably, using and sharing positive examples.
• Take responsibility for reducing environmental impact and contributing to long-term sustainability.
• Share my knowledge and support colleagues from other departments and areas of the store when necessary.
