Collaboration Architect

Role

We are looking for a Collaboration Architect to join a technical team, taking on a responsible role in the design and evolution of Cisco Collaboration solutions.

The candidate will be involved in requirements gathering and analysis activities, technical solution definition, and complex project management, collaborating with Pre-Sales, Sales, PEM, and Delivery teams.

The role also includes a significant component of coordination, technical support, and knowledge transfer within the team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze technical and business requirements, translating them into architectural solutions.
• Design solutions in the Cisco Collaboration domain, with particular reference to Cisco CUCM and Telepresence.
• Develop HLD (High Level Design) and LLD (Low Level Design) technical documentation.
• Support Pre-Sales and Sales teams in identifying opportunities and defining technical solutions and related proposals.
• Articulate the benefits of proposed solutions and support the presentation of technical proposals to the client.
• Coordinate the technical efforts required for the delivery of complex projects, maintaining ownership of activities and solutions.
• Collaborate with PEMs and the area manager during the delivery phases, contributing to ensuring project efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
• Act as a technical reference point for the team, providing support and managing any escalations.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of new technologies by organizing knowledge transfer activities and know-how sharing.
• Keep your skills and certifications up-to-date, progressively expanding your technological knowledge in line with company objectives.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in requirements gathering and the design of technological solutions.
• Solid experience in designing and implementing HLD and LLD.
• Experience in the Cisco Collaboration domain, with particular reference to:
• Cisco CUCM
• Cisco Telepresence
• CCNP certification or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to different technologies gained through field experience and technical training.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in coordinating activities and resources involved in complex projects.
• Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good presentation and technical communication skills.
• Conflict management and resolution skills.
• Attitude towards knowledge transfer and skills sharing.
• Ability to identify project opportunities and collaborate with Pre-Sales teams in building the technical offer.

Work Location

Rome – hybrid model.

The gross annual salary for this role is between EUR 30,000 and EUR 45,000.

The position is classified within the CCNL Commercio e Terziario applied by our company.

Placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered subject to internal approval.
