Security/Facility Management Employee at 50% with a focus on concierge services (M/F/D) Reference number: 7330303 The Security/Facility Management department covers the areas of store surveillance, theft prevention, technical maintenance, building maintenance, store and work safety, as well as health protection for the specialized center as a whole. Your main tasks: In a small team, your tasks will primarily focus on the area of concierge services. You will control and regulate technical installations, including burglar and fire alarm systems. You will ensure building maintenance, arrange for repairs, and oversee regular upkeep. You will be jointly responsible and cooperate in the areas of occupational safety and the safety of employees, customers, and third parties, as well as theft prevention (store detective). You will be responsible for opening and closing the specialized center in collaboration with management and will take necessary measures quickly and safely in emergencies (first aid, evacuation, power outage, etc.). Your area of activity will be supplemented by parking lot management, including the organization of traffic assistants, as well as various minor tasks. Your profile: You have completed technical or commercial training and have several years of experience in concierge services (including administration). You enjoy working in a small team that supports each other in all tasks and you are interested in new and varied activities. You do not mind having flexible working hours and working on Saturdays as well. You are characterized by a high level of commitment and independence, as well as a strong sense of responsibility, and you remain calm in stressful situations. Teamwork, punctuality, and friendliness are important to you, and you bring a lot of sensitivity and skills to resolve problematic situations.
