Job Description
We are looking for a collaborator in the construction of production means to work on pre-planned projects within an industrial manufacturing-oriented workshop.
The role covers the realization of production means, devices, and jigs, as well as the transformation and rearrangement of production lines. The selected person will also participate in functional tests, quality controls of the produced devices, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Your tasks:
• Independently carry out pre-planned projects for production means, devices, and jigs.
• Participate in the transformation and rearrangement of production lines according to defined needs.
• Perform functional tests on the produced devices to verify their compliance.
• Conduct quality assurance measurements and report any non-conformities identified.
• Contribute to the optimization of processes and manufacturing methods in the workshop.
• Strictly adhere to occupational safety standards during all operations. Profile Production Means Construction Collaborator - full-time - Bullange
• Completed training and/or experience in metal construction and/or jig manufacturing.
• Good technical understanding and practical experience in carrying out industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Lean and 5S methods, considered an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution.
• Operational flexibility and a high sense of responsibility in daily work.
