We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated collaborator to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This position offers flexibility through a hybrid work format, combining online work with occasional in-person meetings in Timișoara. After a successful 6-month collaboration, there is the opportunity to receive a monthly commission from sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Adding and updating products on the Shopify platform
- Organizing and editing Excel and Google Sheets files for lists, prices, and inventory
- Providing support for online administrative tasks
- Using ChatGPT to create descriptions, blog texts, and process information
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Shopify and Google Sheets
- Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Organization skills, attention to detail, and proactivity
