Collaborate Lawyer – Member of the Bucharest Bar Association

• Lawyer member of the Bucharest Bar Association (stagiar or definitive)
• Experience in drafting and/or submitting documents to the Trade Registry

• If drafting: drafting mentions ONRC and submission within term
• If only submitting: verifying documents received from drafters and subsequent submission to ONRC

• Drafting + submission: 500 lei/dossier
• Only submitting: 200 lei

• Drafting + submission: 400 lei/dossier
• Only submitting: 200 lei

• Collaboration is based on a collaboration contract
• Payment is made upon admission of dossiers
• We do not take into account client rejections (e.g. expired or non-conforming documents, etc.)
• Collaboration is based on submitted dossiers

• Office and computer at the office
• The possibility of working on other personal files from our office
• Available resources: paper, photocopier, conference room, etc.
