1. POSITION – ACCOUNTANT (FINANCE MANAGER)

About this role:

Manage the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the Colemans Printing, including monitoring, reporting and developing and implementing efficient processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the staff and Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Payroll functions , ensuring accurate and timely delivery of outcomes
• Prepare employment contracts and complete associated actions relating to employment of new staff
• Administer intra-group transactions, between Colemans Group and Colemans Printing Group companies
• Cover accounts receivable and accounts payable staff absences
• Monitor daily cash flow
• Undertake debtor control
• Deputise for the Financial Controller at meetings when required
• Enhance Colemans Darwin’s professional image and reputation in the general marketplace and community
• Undertake other duties as directed by senior staff

Skills and Experience:

• Strong accounting background.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Supervisory and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently; Xero preferred.

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum

2. POSITION – ACCOUNTS CLERK

About this role:

Administer Colemans Printing payroll and accounts receivable and payable functions and provide general administrative support.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Administer the accounts payable and receivable systems and follow up payments.
• Maintain payroll system; reconcile EFTPOS, petty cash and bank statements.
• Perform record management, daily banking and admin duties.
• Assist senior staff as required.

Skills and Experience:

• AP/AR experience.
• Good organisational and numeracy skills.
• Able to multitask under pressure.
• Xero preferred.

Salary: $66,000 – $70,000 per annum

3. POSITION – GENERAL CLERK

About this role:

To provide first point of contact customer service and to assist print consultants by taking care of small print jobs and new customers; as well as providing general administrative support in the front office.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries (walk-ins, phone, email, website); as directed by supervisor/s.
• Providing timely assistance to Print Consultants both by taking care of small print jobs and new customers; and other support such as delivery of proofs, small jobs and quotes.
• Maintenance of print IQ (customer records)
• Provision of administrative support in the front office area, including filing and upkeep.
• Provision of back-up production assistance when required (e.g. finishing)
• Enhance Colemans Darwin’s professional image and reputation in the general marketplace and community
• Undertake other duties as directed by senior staff

Skills and Experience:

• Strong computer literacy (MS Office).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Knowledge of printing industry preferred.

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum

4. POSITION: CAR VINYL WRAP INSTALLER

About this role:

We seek a skilled, detail-oriented Car Vinyl Wrap Installer to apply vehicle vinyl wraps with precision and high-quality finishes. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in automotive aesthetics.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure, cut, and apply vinyl wraps to various vehicle surfaces, including hoods, roofs, and full-body wraps.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for proper adhesion.
• Inspect finished work for imperfections and make necessary adjustments to ensure a flawless finish.
• Communicate with customers and provide recommendations.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Work with team members to meet project deadlines.

Skills and Experience

• Skilled in vinyl wrap application and use of related tools/equipment.
• High attention to detail to ensure quality finishes.
• Experience in car wrapping, auto detailing, or similar (preferred).
• Able to stand, bend, and work in various positions for long periods.
• Good communication skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to interpret job specs and apply QC.

5. POSITION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER

About this role:

To design and produce high-quality visual materials for Colemans Printing, including logos, brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual materials in accordance with company branding guidelines.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are print-ready.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualification or 3+ years’ experience in graphic design.
• Strong creative and print production skills.
• Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per annum

6. POSITION – PRODUCTION MANAGER/COORDINATOR

About this role:

To ensure the smooth operation of the Colemans Printing factory, including the scheduling of jobs and the management of production, including pre-press, printing, signage, finishing and despatch.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage production staff, scheduling, training, supervision, and quality control.
• Schedule print jobs to meet specifications and delivery deadlines.
• Oversee ordering of stock and consumables.
• Review work dockets and ensure production follows specifications.
• Supervise factory staff effectively.
• Oversee machinery, vehicle, and forklift maintenance, ensuring spare parts are available.
• Maintain sufficient stock of printing consumables.
• Uphold Colemans Printing’s professional image.
• Record time required for each job in print IQ.
• Undertake other duties as directed by senior management.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualification/experience in printing or related field.
• Knowledge of offset and finishing machines.
• Strong QC, job interpretation and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Management/supervisory experience preferred.

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per annum

7. POSITION – STOREPERSON

About this role:

Provide consistent quality control checks for print finished products, prepare products for despatch and manage stock and inventory for printed material in the warehouse, in accordance with industry and company standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and despatch goods to internal and external customers on time.
• Respond to customer requests and arrange timely despatch.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and organise delivery as required.
• Operate the shrink-wrapping machine and carry out minor maintenance.
• Complete print finishing tasks as per job dockets.
• Receive goods, verify delivery dockets, and enter data into print IQ.
• Manage warehouse stock and printed materials.
• Support the Production Manager with assigned tasks.
• Maintain a professional image of Colemans Printing.
• Record time required for each job in print IQ
• Undertake other duties as directed by senior staff

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in despatch/warehouse operations.
• Ability to interpret job specs and apply QC.
• Good computer skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Printing/finishing experience and postal knowledge preferred.
