Sales Collaborator 40 hrs/week; IKEA Ibiza

Your mission will be:

To advise and attend to customers in the IKEA way, following established sales procedures, providing complete solutions at affordable and quality prices to achieve customer satisfaction.

Your functions:

1. Sell the assortment to customers, showing them the different purchasing options, and continue the sale when an item is out of stock, proceeding to make a reservation or deposit.
2. Invoice purchases and offer available services to customers, suggesting other alternatives that satisfy the customer (cross-selling and up-selling).
3. Offer and inform customers about the benefits of the IKEA Family card.
4. Keep customers informed about product guarantees, the return policy, the maximum merchandise pickup time, among others.
5. Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing.
6. Verify that the Physical Customer Meeting Point is always as new (ISAN: In Shape As New), displaying products according to IKEA display and quality standards.
7. Remove unsorted merchandise from displays, moving it to the warehouse.
8. Report to the Point Manager and Department Team Leader a summary of incidents/complaints, suggesting improvements as well as actions to increase the rotation of certain items and sales.
9. Provide support to other areas of the Physical CMP when necessary.
10. Actively participate in meetings to which you are summoned, especially in roll calls.
11. Make correct use of the sales tools available to you.

What we are looking for in you:

• At least 1 year of experience performing sales functions.
• Professional training in the sales area is positively valued.
• Proficiency in Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
