Floor Sales Collaborator (4 days a week)

We are looking for FLOOR SALES COLLABORATORS - (4 days a week) for our store in Puebla!

What is expected of a Floor Sales Collaborator?

Optimize the shopping experience in the IKEA store to ensure satisfied customers and increase sales. Maximize sales in your area of responsibility using knowledge of the specific product range, best-selling products, as well as local market and clients.

What would be your missions?

Contribute to fulfilling the four main tasks of the IKEA store:

• Act as a highly efficient sales mechanism
• Show furniture solutions for the home filled with inspiring ideas
• Serve as a qualified specialist in furniture for the home
• Provide a pleasant day for the whole family

In addition to that:

• Approach customers actively who require help to identify their needs by asking the right questions and advising them on the best solutions for their home to exceed their expectations.
• Understand how to use different sales and communication channels of IKEA and knowledge for different clients.
• Maintain your area clean, organized, with visible prices and fully stocked. Ensure that basic marketing standards of IKEA are always in place to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
• Transmit passion for IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits; share this knowledge with clients and colleagues.
• Offer actively all available services in the IKEA store to help customers make informed decisions, resulting in a better shopping experience for them.
• Lead or support the implementation of planned commercial activities that involve the sales area throughout the store.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze and adjust sales space capacities based on system parameters (sales location management) to ensure high product availability.
• Familiarize yourself with IKEA's social and environmental commitments and know how to contribute to sustainability.
