Cognition, Behaviour & Environmental Sciences – Doctoral Positions (SSH Call 2026)

Your personal sphere of influence:We are looking for international early-career researchers interested in pursuing doctoral research in areas such as cognition, behaviour, and environmental change from a social-science perspective. Suitable projects may focus, for example, on behavioural research, social and cognitive processes, human-environment relations, sustainability-related social research, or related interdisciplinary approaches clearly situated within the social sciences. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with our experienced researchers and contribute to ongoing projects in areas such as environmental policy, sustainable development, and social change. The positions are open to applicants from all disciplines, but a strong background in social sciences is expected. We encourage applications from individuals who are passionate about interdisciplinary research and willing to engage in collaborative work. The working language of the project is English.
