COE - Finance Planning & Reporting Specialist

About the role As a Finance Specialist in the Planning & Reporting Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will be part of a team of supporting a portfolio of markets, factories and/or processes, managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders and supporting in continuous improvement initiatives to further enhance CoE value creation. You will support the creation of standardised reports, development of initial forecasts/budgets, and analysis of financial performance to enable data-driven decision making. You will also contribute to the development of financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, performing ad-hoc analyses as required, and providing support to other teams within the CoE. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
