Senior Cook in Logroño

From SERAL, we are looking to incorporate a senior Unit Manager to manage the overall operation of approximately three centers, ensuring correct operational, economic, and human functioning of services, as well as customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and safety standards. The selected person will be responsible for leading work teams, optimizing resources, and coordinating daily activity at assigned centers. Management of center accounts results, including budgeting, financial planning, and control, as well as monitoring and controlling the use of resources. This includes managing inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. The selected person will also be responsible for implementing quality and safety policies, conducting audits and inspections, and developing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, the selected person will be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of services. The ideal candidate should have experience in food service management, preferably in a similar environment, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
