• Comply with the standards and regulations regarding quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention existing in the company and collaborate with the hotel in their compliance and continuous improvement.
• HACCP: Perform supervision, monitoring, and control of the functions to be carried out.
Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge of Asian food.
Language knowledge: Spanish.
Experience: 6 months.
Other desirable knowledge:
- Basic tasks of food preparation and cooking.
