Kitchen Assistant Cook

Job description

Permanent full-time contract with rotating shifts to assist in the kitchen of a hotel in Valderrobres (Teruel). The main task consists of supporting the cook in the preparation of dishes, carrying out mise en place tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting food, as well as preparing basic dishes and salads. It also includes keeping utensils, machinery, and work areas clean and disinfected, receiving and organizing goods in the storage room or cold rooms, and strictly complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. At least 12 months of experience in a similar position is required. The gross monthly salary starts from an amount to be agreed upon, in accordance with the candidate's worth.
