Job description

Accor is looking for cooks who will perform the following functions:

To pre-prepare, prepare and present food applying corresponding techniques and those indicated by the supervisor.
To weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to corresponding recipes.
To season and cook food according to indicated recipes.
To clean and maintain work areas, as well as the kitchen and equipment used.
To store food correctly at suitable temperatures.
To manage cooking time.
To preserve quality and established economic objectives.
To respect norms and practices of safety and hygiene in food manipulation.
