• Preparation of tacos, meats, stews, and sauces.

• Management of grill, plancha, and kitchen utensils.

• Preparation and portioning of ingredients.

• Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area.

• Support in general kitchen activities.

• Prior experience as a cook or taquero.

• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine.

• Speed and ability to work under pressure.

• Monthly fixed salary of $8,364.00.
