We are looking for an Operative Chef with a positive attitude, commitment, and focus on quality, who will support the preparation of food and contribute to providing an excellent dining experience for our customers.

Purpose of the Position

To prepare and present food according to recipes and established standards, ensuring quality, flavor, presentation, and hygiene in each dish.

Responsibilities

• To prepare food following recipes, portions, and quality standards.

• To ensure correct presentation, flavor, and temperature of dishes.

• To perform mise en place and maintain a tidy workstation.

• To comply with hygiene, cleanliness, and proper handling of food standards.

• To support inventory management, receipt of supplies, and control of stock levels.

• To handle kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools properly.

• To collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely service.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a kitchen (hot line, front or production).

• Knowledge: Basic cooking techniques.

• Minimum Education: Secondary education completed.

• Organization, responsibility, and teamwork.

• Schedule availability.

• A service-oriented attitude and commitment to quality.
