Job description
Preparation and elaboration of dishes according to the menu and the establishment's standards, including the organization of mise en place with ingredients ready for service. Quality control, conservation, and proper storage of food, as well as inventory management and support in receiving merchandise. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the kitchen, complying with hygiene regulations, food safety, and occupational risk prevention. Coordination with the kitchen and dining room team during service to ensure smooth work during each shift. The schedule is from Monday to Sunday, with legally established breaks, and it is a full-time position.
