Pakistani Food Cook

We are looking for a specialized cook in Pakistani cuisine to join our kitchen team. The selected person must master the preparation of traditional dishes such as puthore, puri halwa, samosa, cachori, and complete menus of biryani masala, tika boti, nikhari, and haleem. It is also necessary to know how to prepare typical desserts like daal halwa, pethe ka halwa, ghajar halwa, jaman, and ras mlai. A deep understanding in the creation of authentic sauces and condiments, essential for the preparation of various dishes, is required. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. The selected person will be responsible for preparing meals according to customer preferences, as well as assisting with menu planning and inventory management. A strong sense of teamwork and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential qualities for this role.
