Support in the preparation, organization, and control of ingredients, recipes, and products, ensuring quality, hygiene, and correct functioning of the restaurant operation.

• Follow preparation lists, ingredients, and mise en place.

• Comply with instructions from the Kitchen Head and Branch Manager.

• Apply the PEPS system for storage and rotation of products.

• Provide ingredients according to standard tables and recipes.

• Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables according to the Clean Point Distinction.

• Comply with the NOM-251 on hygiene practices in food handling.

• Support in preparing menu dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.

• Perform basic kitchen tasks: reducing sauces, boiling, mounting, etc.

• Maintain the kitchen clean and organized (washing dishes, utensils, and equipment).

• Collaborate in special events, catering, and food production.

• Participate in all activities that contribute to the good functioning of the branch.

• Responsible, clean, and organized.

• Collaborative and willing to learn.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (student or graduate).
