Vacant: Bar, Counter and Cashier

We are looking for a multifunctional person, responsible and with excellent service attitude, able to perform in bar, beverage preparation, kitchen support, and cash handling.

Purpose of the Position

Provide exceptional service to each customer from the bar and cash counter, ensuring correct preparation, presentation, and dispatch of food and beverages. Maintain an efficient, clean, and organized operation that guarantees quality and a positive experience for all diners.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place, ingredients, and recipes following instructions from the Head Chef and Manager.

• Pour beverages (classic and menu-based) with technique, quality, and proper presentation.

• Support in food preparation when necessary.

• Manage cash: payments, cuts, audits, and use of different payment methods.

• Apply the PEPS system and ensure the proper conservation of ingredients.

• Comply with hygiene and safety standards: Distinguished Clean Point and NOM-251.

• Maintain order and cleanliness in bar, kitchen, and work areas.

• Participate in special events, production, and operational support.

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Tech or Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (or student).

• Also, consider similar formations with proven experience.

• Minimum 2 years in positions like bartender, cashier, or kitchen support.

• Gender: Undetermined.

• Order, cleanliness, and responsibility.

• Proactivity and positive attitude.

• Teamwork and effective communication.

• Attention to detail and focus on quality.

• Ease in dealing with customers.
