Your Role as a Full-Time Baker As a key member of our Sage Hill team, you will be responsible for: • Preparing and baking a variety of artisan breads and treats, including sourdough, baguettes, and pastries • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and food safety • Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer service and a welcoming store environment • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your baking skills and knowledge • Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and business • Being an ambassador for COBS Bread, embodying our values of quality, integrity, and community • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
