Your tasks: Cleaning, covering, and priming surfaces with brush, roller, and spray gun (pneumatic)
Performance of coating work with low- and high-pressure spraying processes
Preliminary preparation and mixing of colors and coatings according to specifications, including quality and color accuracy testing
Surface treatment such as grinding, scraping, and polishing
Control of coated surfaces for quality
Maintenance of safety, environmental, and quality standards during all process steps
Your profile: Completed vocational training in industrial coating (m/w/d) or a comparable field
High-quality awareness and precise, meticulous workmanship
Teamwork, reliability, and high engagement
Distinguished handiness and physical endurance
Good German language skills in writing and speaking
