Leadership and Personal Development Coach and Trainer

Professional with a university degree (Psychology or similar, officially recognized in Spain) and official Coaching certification (ICF, ECC, or equivalent) is sought. Demonstrable experience of at least 300 hours delivering training in leadership and personal development in the last three years is required, as well as participation in similar training projects. Experience in large organizations (over 1,000 employees) and in sectors such as transport, mobility, or infrastructure will be especially valued. The design of leadership and executive development pathways will also be considered. Key competencies include group facilitation, high-impact communication, emotional intelligence, change management, and results orientation. The selected person will be responsible for designing and delivering programs to develop team leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and change management, contributing to cultural transformation and the professional growth of participants. The workday is full-time.
