Coach for Quality and Competence Management

Through one of our clients in the vicinity of Coach in the area of quality management and through one of our clients in the vicinity of Yverdon-les-Bains, specialized in transportation, we are offering a position as: Coach in the area of quality management and competence development. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKThe Coach in the area of quality management and competence development takes over the steering, deployment, and development of the X quality system as well as the competence management system. This includes the analysis of current processes and procedures, the identification of potential for improvement, the development of measures to improve the quality system, the implementation of these measures, and the monitoring of their effectiveness. The Coach also supports the employees in the development of their skills and competences, provides guidance on the use of the quality system, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the organization. The tasks include, but are not limited to:• Analysis of current processes and procedures• Identification of potential for improvement• Development of measures to improve the quality system• Implementation of these measures• Monitoring of their effectiveness• Support of employees in the development of their skills and competences• Guidance on the use of the quality system• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the organization. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COACHThe Coach should have a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in quality management and competence development. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
