CO-Leitung

We are looking for a CO-Leitung (m/w/d) for our PIAZZA – Kitasozialarbeit team, consisting of approximately 20 employees. The position is part-time with a working time of 20 hours per week (option to increase up to 25 hours upon taking on additional tasks).

The CO-Leitung will be responsible for:

- Financial and funding management: submitting applications, providing evidence, and accounting for public grants in close coordination with the administration and the relevant department head of Prevention/Early Intervention.

- Controlling & Administration: setting up and maintaining overviews, evaluations, and processes (especially in Excel).

- Personnel responsibility: advising, accompanying, and planning the team's deployment, as well as ensuring contractual services during leave or illness.

- Organization & Quality: further developing efficient administrative and working processes.

- Task priorities can be adapted and developed according to strengths and interests.

- Upon taking on additional tasks: creating preliminary calculations and supporting the grant allocation process in close coordination with the department head of Prevention/Early Intervention.

Qualification

- Completed studies in social sciences/social pedagogy or equivalent qualification.

- Experience in personnel management or coordination is desirable.

- Knowledge of grant law and procedures, ideally in the context of SGB VIII.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and common office applications.

- Willingness to work in a dual leadership and ensure mutual representation.

- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.

- Confident, communicative appearance.

- Teamwork, autonomous working style, critical thinking, flexibility, and willingness to drive developments forward together with the team,

- Willingness to continuous professional development and integration/participation capabilities, cultural-sensitive competencies.
