What you achieve

• Co-lead a practice and take on professional, economic, and personnel responsibility.
• Shape the psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensure high treatment quality.
• Support psychotherapists in training on their path and promote their development.
• Accompany your patients in outpatient psychotherapy - flexibly in time and place.
• Determine your patients yourself and develop individual therapy plans. We will help you build a patient base that suits your specialization.
• Contribute your ideas to a growing company and help build it.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialization: Federally recognized psychotherapist
• Work experience: 3 years of work experience in psychotherapy
• Psychologist with completed further training as a federally recognized psychotherapist
• At least 3 years of work experience as a psychotherapist, ideally initial leadership experience
• You meet all the requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland
• Interest in business contexts and in employee and team development
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• German (B1)
