We are looking for a Co-Lead Growth Marketing (m/w/d) immediately

Tasks

• You support the professional and operational leadership of our growth team and ensure that daily business runs smoothly.
• You take responsibility for selected client projects and team members - including 2-3 strategically relevant projects that you will manage independently.
• You ensure that quality standards and processes are maintained and are the first point of contact for operational questions - both within the team and towards clients.
• You actively bring yourself into the further development of our team, internal structures, and existing client relationships.
• You work closely with adjacent areas such as Creative, Sales, and Operations to drive growth holistically forward.

Qualification

• You bring experience in growth marketing and have a comprehensive understanding of how scalable growth systems function along the entire customer journey.
• You take on a professional role model in the team, are a sparring partner for growth managers, and handle uncertainties, conflicts, and escalations with sovereignty - clear and binding communication is central to you.
• You bring strong data-driven performance and channel expertise, can evaluate campaigns, recognize scaling potential, and accurately place performance data.
• You have high expectations for content quality and consistency in growth approaches and client work.
• You think hypothesis-driven and experimentally, work iteratively instead of campaign-driven, and ensure that learnings are documented and shared within the team.
