Tasks

In the regions of Bodensee, Schwarzwald, and southern Oberrhein, you will join as a leading employee, Co-CEO, or co-owner of a long-established and successful Pflegehelden location, and run it together with our independent Franchisee on site.

You will initially be comprehensively inducted into the system through a start-up and sales training, and intensively supported by both the central office and an established regional Franchisee.

Your Tasks:

• Placement of caregivers for home care
• Needs assessment for customers
• Negotiations and customer communication
• Customer acquisition and customer care
• Implementation of regional marketing measures
• Maintenance of contacts with multipliers and institutional customers (hospitals, medical institutions, etc.)

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You possess entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for social responsibility.
• You are a market expert or identify with the care market.
• The future of people in need lies at your heart.
• You have sales experience, think entrepreneurially, and work structured.
• You are friendly, patient, and self-assured.
• You are willing to be part of a system.
• You possess social skills like tolerance, openness, criticism, and team ability.
• You have a driver's license
