Co-Founder (Sales/GTM) @ Energy Investment Startup

You will - alongside experienced decision-makers from the energy industry as Strategic Advisors - become a second operational Co-Founder with a clear Commercial Lead: build a Sales Engine, develop and test new revenue channels from scratch, and scale a GTM team prospectively.

Tasks

• Sales Motion: Manage relationships to investors and project developers
• Big Thinking: Conceptualize and lead the overall sales strategy
• New Curiosity: Continuously seek new market opportunities and revenue drivers
• Partnerships: Win multipliers for faster distribution and find win-win scenarios
• Company Strategy: Engage in close exchange with co-founders regarding the strategic orientation of the company and ensure the common achievement of goals
• Vision: Develop trust and authenticity through presence on platforms like LinkedIn

Qualification

• Entrepreneurial Spirit and ideally Leadership Experience
• Discipline and the willingness to always improve, as well as building a category-defining company
• You seek a dynamic environment, not a 9-to-5, but are willing to give 110% in the long term
• Strong Sales Skills with an intrinsic interest in driving business development forward
• Excellent Communication Skills
• You can easily inspire people and convince them of your point of view
• You remain calm in stressful situations, but can also make quick decisions
• Analytically strong and ability to underpin any decisions with numbers
• Passion for deeply engaging with the energy industry and always staying up-to-date - ideally even having already gained experiences in this area
• Fluent German skills, as well as negotiable English
