The role We are looking for a Co-Founder Recruiter/Psicologa/o who will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the development of our recruitment strategy. Key responsibilities: • Identify and attract top talent through innovative recruitment strategies; • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and partners; • Contribute to the development of our recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and values; • Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective recruitment processes; • Analyze data and metrics to optimize recruitment efforts and improve candidate quality; • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitor activity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field; • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; • Strong understanding of psychological principles and their application in recruitment; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
