Co-Founder / Partner (m/f/d) for Staffing / Recruiting Company

People and companies need recruiting, but recruiting doesn't need people… well, almost.

For the relaunch and re-organization of MINT Solutions, I am looking for a Co-Founder and Partner (m/f/d). MINT Solutions has so far been a traditional recruiting company and is looking for people with experience in personnel placement / recruiting and an affinity and interest in the technical transformation through AI for its reorientation.

Your Profile:

• Experience in recruiting and personnel placement

• Creative and visionary

• Tech-savvy and the willingness to think into and familiarize yourself with technical processes

• Interest in recruiting and the desire to rethink recruiting

• Desire and interest in entrepreneurship

The Task:

• Further develop an existing company

• Design and establish AI processes and services

• As Co-Founder / Partner (m/f/d), continuously develop the company with your own ideas

• Hands-on mentality during the transition phase
