BLN SOAP was founded at the end of 2024 and has quickly developed into a brand with 16 unique fragrances. Our soaps offer an excellent price-performance ratio: they are larger than most comparable products and offer an outstanding price – at high quality, manufactured in the EU. The feedback is consistently positive, repeat business sets in, and first cooperations, including one with Berliner Luft, have already been successfully launched.

Tasks

• Responsibility for building and implementing D2C marketing strategies (online & offline)
• Expansion and maintenance of offline partnerships in Berlin stores and concept shops (commission-based, lifestyle stores)
• Development of creative campaigns to win over and bind customers
• Increase revenue with a clear target of 50,000-200,000 EUR monthly turnover
• Responsibility for scaling BLN SOAP and building the brand presence

Qualification

• Experience in DTC marketing (online & offline)
• Experience in building offline sales channels and partnerships
• Entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and hands-on mentality
• Passion for natural care products and brand development
• Excellent German language skills
• At least 8 hours per week for the project
