This is where we're setting our concept. Currently, we're in the final development phase of a new, extremely scalable brand to capture the market.

The foundation is already established with initial locations and investments. For our launch and business development, we're looking for an operational Co-Founder (m/w/d), who will embark on this journey with us. Our goal is clear: We'll build the new top address for hybrid fitness in Germany.

Aufgaben

As an operational Co-Founder, you'll take the reins and bring our shared vision to life. You're responsible for building a functioning, scalable organization.

• The Rollout: You'll take full responsibility for the physical opening of our first locations.
• The Processes: You'll build the operational workflows and playbooks from scratch so that we can quickly scale from 1 to 10 and from 10 to 100 locations.
• The Team: You'll recruit local teams (Studio Manager, Coaches, Operations), lead them, and create a structure where high performance is enjoyable.
• The Optimization: You'll keep an eye on KPIs and continuously optimize studio operations and the customer journey.

We're not looking for theorists or consultants, but a builder who takes things into their own hands.

• Maker Mentality: You won't wait for instructions, but will identify problems and solve them independently.
• Experience: You've already gained relevant experience in a dynamic high-paced environment.
• Structure & Resilience: You're analytically skilled, have a sharp eye for detail, and won't shy away from getting your hands dirty when things get tough.
