Co-Founder for an Innovative Company in Veterinary Medicine

The VetIntelligence Group is building a holding structure for the future of veterinary medicine. Under our roof, specialized brands like VetExperts, VetAgent, VetsConnect, and VetMedia are emerging – with a focus on talent acquisition, digital solutions, community, visibility, and new business models in the veterinary medical market.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking person who is eager to shape this build actively.

Your Role

As Co-Founder in Residence, you will work closely with the founder on building VetIntelligence and developing individual brands. You will be a sparring partner:in, co-thinker:in, and implementer:in – strategically as well as operationally.

Tasks

You will support particularly in:

• BUILDING AND POSITIONING THE BRANDS VetExperts, VetAgent, VetsConnect, and VetMedia
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES, AND PARTNERSHIPS
• TALENT ACQUISITION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESSES IN THE AREA OF VetExperts
• DEVELOPING DIGITAL SOLUTIONS AROUND VetAgent
• SOCIAL MEDIA, CONTENT, COMMUNITY, AND VISIBILITY
• STRUCTURE, PROCESSES, PROJECT PLANNING, AND OPERATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION

Qualification

You fit in with us if:

• You think entrepreneurially and are willing to take responsibility
• You have an interest in veterinary medicine, recruiting, platforms, or digital business models
• You work structured, reliable, and pragmatically
• You like to communicate, network, and drive things forward
• You are eager to think strategically as well as operate practically

Experience in startups, business development, recruiting, marketing, veterinary medicine, or digital business models is helpful and advantageous, but not necessarily required.
