Co-Founder | Founders Associate (ab 10h/Woche)

Plantforge is looking for a Co-Founder / Founders Associate who is just as passionate about indoor farming and innovative technologies as we are! We are an emerging startup that develops modular systems for automated cultivation of high-value plants. Our mission is to establish indoor farming as a sustainable complement to traditional agriculture. With our unique Plug-&-Grow technology, we initially help cannabis social clubs in Germany optimize their production efficiently and independently. As Co-Founder, you will play a key role in validating our first product generation and taking our company to the next level. Aufgaben

As part of the founding team, you will be responsible for:

• The strategic positioning of Plantforge as a technology company
• Operational daily business (e.g. accounting, preparing documents, creating presentations, financial planning)
• Grant applications and funding search
• Presentation of Plantforge at events and possibly on LinkedIn and/or Instagram
• If you like it, presenting Plantforge to investors and on stages

Qualifikation

• A degree, study or experience in the field of economics, marketing, communication, business development, controlling or taxation is helpful but not necessarily required.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
• The ability to work flexibly and solution-oriented in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a network.
• A passion for sustainable agriculture and technological innovations.

We are a young startup in an early phase. Our liquidity currently flows mainly into product development, MVP and market entry. Therefore, this role is initially not paid but equity-based. You will be part of the team, take real responsibility and benefit directly from the future success of Plantforge. As soon as a suitable financing is in place, this should become a regularly paid leadership position.
